One of our largest flagship projects.
Our team designed and built a suite of web applications covering every need of resort management, forming a complete unified ecosystem we named SpringPMS. It took the Iloranta resort to a new level and helped it win a leading position in its segment.
In this project we built more than an online store: the storefront is combined with a full web application for orders, products, counterparties, couriers, source documents and cash accounting.
For the farm's own couriers we created a courier web app for marking orders and keeping the cash register. The main criteria were simplicity and convenience on any mobile device on the road. Judging by the feedback from users and owners, we got it right ;)
Currently one of our most technologically advanced projects.
The site is lightning fast and supports several languages that switch on the fly without a page reload. Administrators get a convenient responsive control panel for handling customer requests, keeping a counterparty database, generating rental contracts from templates and managing properties.
The VIP-Karta club is your best friend in all things Finland. The service handles Schengen visas, travel insurance, Green Card motor insurance, Finnish SIM cards and much more.
For all of this we built convenient forms and a control panel united in a single system, which lets a minimal team process a large flow of applications.
A point-of-sale web app for the resort's canteen and cafe: dishes are edited in one place, guests pay with a personal QR code, any tablet becomes a till, receipts print on POS printers over the internet.
A mobile web app for technicians and inspectors: checklists per unit, fault logging, planned repairs and inspection history inside the SpringPMS ecosystem.
A web application for returning resort guests: booking and bonus history, PDF vouchers, personal discounts and booking the next stay through the embedded widget.
A cloud web application for booking sessions at a pool, spa, bathhouse or sauna: time slots, age limits, session capacity, a sales calendar and a widget for any website. Integrated with SpringPMS.
