Basik na Chasik: pool and spa booking

A cloud service for booking pool and spa sessions with a website widget

Task

replace the notebook and the "is 6 pm free?" phone calls

Country spas, pools and bathhouses still keep their bookings in Excel or a notebook: crossed-out lines, phone calls, confusion over age limits and session capacity. They needed a simple service that keeps the familiar order but removes the manual routine, and works both on its own and inside a PMS.

Solution

a standalone service with a widget and deep SpringPMS integration

We designed Basik na Chasik to be as flexible as possible: it works on its own as a lightweight tool, integrates easily with any PMS and is fully integrated with SpringPMS.

Under control in the app:

time slots and sales periods;
age limits and ticket types;
number of people per session;
a schedule visualised on a calendar.

The booking widget embeds into any website as an HTML Custom Element and has a rich API. Bookings are created and tracked directly from the reservation card in SpringPMS, and the guest sees the booking in the Guest QR app.
