Inspector: checklist-based cleaning and repairs

The resort needed a system for internal control and maintenance planning:

• fault tracking across a constantly growing room inventory;
• repair planning with minimal discomfort for guests;
• automated post-checkout cleaning with every detail accounted for;
• central management without complex and expensive integrations with external systems.

Specialised cleaning and inspection tools turned out too complex, paid, not adapted to the client's processes and without a convenient API. So we built the Inspector mobile web app for technicians and inspectors and made it part of the SpringPMS ecosystem.

Inspector provides:

• individual checklists for every unit;
• separate zones and cleaning items;
• fault logging with conversion into planned repairs;
• inspection history per unit;
• a built-in chat for every fault;
• task control through the SpringPMS admin panel.
