A web application for returning guests: bookings, bonuses, vouchers
Task
give guests their whole stay history and bonuses in one place
To raise guest loyalty, the resort needed a Guest Account web application with convenient access to booking history, personal discounts and bonuses.
Solution
an account on top of SpringPMS reusing the existing booking widget
We built the Guest Account web application:
- sign-up with automatic import of booking history by email;
- booking status and voucher download as a PDF;
- bonus and personal discount history;
- editing personal details;
- booking a new stay through the embedded booking widget.
The booking widget, built earlier as an independent web application, slotted into the account without changes to the website or platform. Administrators add and deduct bonuses directly in the guest card inside SpringPMS.
