Booking system for the Iloranta family holiday resort

The room inventory kept growing, bookings lived in Excel, and every edit risked an error: double bookings, price mismatches, lost guest history. The resort needed a panel that administrators open in any browser and see the same up-to-date picture.

Key requirements:

• a booking chessboard across all accommodation units;
• a booking card with guest history and all purchases;
• flexible rates and automatic cost calculation;
• analytics and reporting for management.

We designed and built the web panel from scratch: booking and pricing algorithms, accommodation categories, booking and guest cards, rate management. The backend is built around a single API, so the booking widget, the guest app, Horeca and Inspector later plugged in without reworking the core.

The panel is responsive and runs in any browser; administrators, managers and executives get their own roles and reports.
